Thundercats Classic Years Collection

The vast majority of orders of the Thundercats Omnibus books have shipped to backers and we are in the process of fixing any issues that occurred with missing or damaged goods. If you have received your books and anything is wrong please let us know by reaching out to [email protected] so that we can work with you to replace whatever is amiss.

The remaining orders are customers that ordered one or more of the backlist trade paperbacks for Thundercats or Cheetara. As some may know - most publishers were affected by the Diamond Comic Distributors bankruptcy in which all of our existing inventory has been frozen and wrapped up in legal proceedings for over a year at this point. No one has access to it in any market as this issue works its way through the courts.  To fill orders those books we moved our printing to a domestic press in the US who promised us they could get new editions out quickly. Unfortunately what has happened is a long and frustrating series of problems with the new printer that has pushed our receipt of new stock much further than anyone could have predicted. At this point - we have moved printing to a different printer because of the delays and they have promised us the books will ship from their factory by the end of next week 6/12. 
  
As soon as we receive those books, we have the remaining orders of this campaign flagged as the highest priority to fill.  

We will post another update here between now and 6/12 to confirm if the books have shipped to us and what the expected fulfillment time would be for these last orders to ship. We apologize that this has lingered on as long as it has. The situation has been out of our control but we have moved printers and started working with new suppliers to try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  

At this time, we have just over 100 backers with pending orders that still need to be fulfilled, along with 58 backers who have not yet completed their survey information. The remaining pending orders primarily include the ThunderCats Vol. 1, ThunderCats Vol. 2, and Cheetara Vol. 1 graphic novel collections. We have been working to retrieve inventory for these titles, as they are currently unavailable through standard distribution channels.

We have moved forward with a new print run of these books so we can fulfill all outstanding orders as quickly as possible. These volumes are currently in production, and we expect them to arrive in our warehouse by the end of April, pending final confirmation from the printer.

As soon as the books are received, we will complete shipment of all remaining eligible orders.

We will provide another update as soon as we have confirmed shipping details from the printer.

We have approximately 500 orders still pending fulfillment at this time.  This includes some standard HCs and signed HCs as well as order that have some extra items (like comics and other merch) which are being prepped to go out.  We unfortunately hit a snag with some of the packaging where due to supply chain issues we were unable to get boxes that were suitably fit to ship the books and insure no damages.  That issue has been resolved and we expect that we'll have the new boxes in hand and shipping will begin again toward the end of this week. 

Our warehouse team has started prepping the labels and has the books so they can ship out as many as possible as soon as the boxes are in our hands this week.  When we have them and can confirm shipping has re-started we'll post another update advising everyone to watch for the USPS tracking information which should appear in your email (please always check your spam and junk in case they get caught in those filters). 

Our expectation is that a large chunk of the remaining orders will be in the mail within a week.  Whatever is still pending at that point we will advise on their ETA.

If anyone is missing anything in your shipment, had any damages to your books, or something wasn't right about your order - please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help resolve the issue.  

We have shipped approximately 1000 orders from the campaign.  This accounts for nearly all standard hardcover and trade paperback volumes.  We had a small issue with the printer who mis-labeled the limited signed editions of the Omnibus HCs which has led to a bit of a delay in getting the signed books out.  We are told the issue has been sorted and that we should have the raw books next week to apply the tip ins.  As soon as those are in hand - they will begin shipping.  These are being filled through our warehouse team - emails coming from them with tracking will say "Dynamic Forces".  We will update you to watch for emails with that information when they begin to ship.

Some orders are pending for backers that ordered a combination of the Thundercats Volume 1 and 2 (new series from Dynamite) and the Cheetera trade paperbacks.  We are working to resolve this and will be updating soon.

We are working to get as much of the books shipped out as soon as possible and we apologize that it is moving a little slower than we hoped for some orders.  We will continue to update everyone as quickly as we can with your order status.

Happy Halloween week, Thundercats fans! We wanted to give you a progress update on the shipping of the Thundercats Omnibus orders.  At this time we've sent out over 525 packages and we are sending out over a hundred a day as we proceed with shipping.  Many fans have reported receiving your tracking numbers and those numbers will continue to be sent automatically from USPS as we get more and more packages out the door.  We are meeting with our warehouse shipping team every day for updates and are happy to report that we are making good progress through the large list of backers.

We'll keep you updated on our progress and we're excited to start hearing from backers who receive their books this week.  We think you are going to love these books!

Now...for something very exciting!  We just launched our first ever Thundercats & Friends Mystery Bag project on Kickstarter!  This program is incredible and it includes exclusive holofoil and metal editions not available anywhere else in each bag.
